Something new we’re trying on this build! 👀🏠

We’re excited to be using ASCEND® Composite Cladding on this home, and we can’t wait to see it all come together!

If you’re not familiar with ASCEND, it’s a composite siding system that gives you the beautiful look of wood siding with less maintenance. It’s lightweight, durable, moisture-resistant, and has an insulated core for added efficiency.

We love that it gives homeowners another option for a beautiful, durable exterior without all the upkeep of traditional wood siding.

Our clients had a vision when they purchased this home on Smith Lake, and we’re so happy we got to see that vision come to life from start to finish!

This home went through a full renovation, with updates inside and out, plus an addition to create even more space. We finished it off with an outdoor entertainment area, lake storage, and a half bath—perfect for enjoying time by the water without having to run back inside.

The finished home turned out absolutely beautiful! 🏡🌊

Just a little reminder that with the right vision, you can make a house into exactly what you want it to be. We’re thankful our clients trusted us to bring theirs to life!
