This tiny puncture in this waterline was the cause of all this damage. We came in and did the restoration.

Another building saved! The foundation failed on this detached garage and was in danger of imminent collapse. We had to lift the entire roof back into place and demo the walls. Then, the walls were rebuilt with proper reinforcement and backfill.
