Mudroom turned pantry!!
This mudroom was subject to water damage years back and left unused. When the client was ready for a remodel of their quant kitchen they valued a large pantry and appliances space over the mudroom!

This garage was leaning so bad the insurance company was ready to stop coverage! We diagnosis the problem and found the sill had completely rotted away. The perimeter was dug out and a new sill was installed, some framing was replaced, and this garage could stand on it own once again! We completed this garage with a new paint job and even a new net back on its basketball hoop! 🏀 Do you have a garage or shed that's been looking a little tired? Spare room remodeled into a media room/office! This room went from dark and uninviting to fun the whole family can enjoy and bright enough to keep a clear head will working. The family wanted to avoid painting the ceiling but did not want the whole room feeling so dark. To accomplish this we went with a high chair rail molding. This brings up the eye and makes the room feel bigger. From there we got creative! While the final ceiling mural is not pictured here, the ceiling was complete with a "night sky scene" to give it that "time for bed and a movie feel"! More from stairway, carrying on the same vision into the upstairs hallway. There was major debate about whether or not to carry the carpet runner into the hallway as well.
