💰 **$20–$25/hour**
⏰ **Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM**
🍴 1-hour lunch | Full-time position
Raising Solutions LLC is looking for a dependable, highly organized **Shop Manager** to take ownership of our shop, building, fleet, and equipment.
**The #1 thing we are looking for is someone who takes pride in organization and cleanliness.**
We want someone who sees a messy shop and wants to fix it. Someone who believes every tool, piece of equipment, and material should have a place—and makes sure it stays there.
This is a **hands-on position**. You won't be sitting behind a desk all day.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Keeping our shop and building extremely clean and organized
* Organizing tools, equipment, parts, and materials
* Maintaining inventory and knowing what we have and what we need
* Helping keep our fleet of company vehicles maintained and ready for work
* Performing light mechanical work and preventative maintenance
* Working on and maintaining company equipment
* Identifying equipment or vehicle issues before they become bigger problems
* Making sure crews have the tools and equipment they need
* Keeping the shop running efficiently every day
**The person we're looking for:**
* Is extremely organized
* Takes pride in a clean workplace
* Has good mechanical ability
* Can perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance
* Is dependable and shows up on time
* **Doesn't need someone constantly telling them what needs to be done**
* Notices problems and takes initiative to solve them
* Takes care of company property like it's their own
* Works well with a team
* Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
**Pay: $20–$25/hour based on experience and mechanical ability.**
This is an important position at Raising Solutions. Our crews depend on our trucks, equipment, tools, and shop being ready every morning, and we're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of making that happen.
