Kempker Landscaping and Lawn Care is looking for a reliable and motivated Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our growing team! If you enjoy working outdoors and leading a crew, we want to hear from you.

Position Details:
• Location: Jefferson City, MO (shop based locally)
• Pay: $18–$23 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time, seasonal with opportunity for growth

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
• Experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance preferred
• Ability to lead a small crew and work efficiently outdoors

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise lawn care crews
• Operate commercial lawn equipment
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation
• Deliver quality work and excellent customer service
