Fred has over 24 years experience in the Grading and Underground Utility Construction and site work industry. He started his career wor
king for his father as a project manager. In 2000, Fred opened his first grading & utility contracting company, Southern Landcrafters, Inc. This company operated for 10 years and closed in 2009 due to the slow economy. During this time the company grew to over 30 employees, completing many commercial and residential development projects all over North Ga. He worked as Vice-President for The Site Development Company of Georgia from 2009-2013 where he oversaw all operations and was solely responsible for running the company. Kitchens Construction Services, LLC. Since opening in 2013 the company has grown to over 40 employees and is currently doing roughly $20,000,000.00 worth of work per year. Fred is responsible for over-seeing the day-to-day operations of the business including estimating, scheduling, and project management. He studied Construction Management at Southern Polytechnic University and has been a licensed Utility Manager since 2004.
