This was a fun job, not too bad, but homeowner complained of bouncing and sagging uneven floor. The culprit was a broken beam that had rotted out which allow the floor joist to sag down so ended up pouring concrete slab inserting some rebar supporting the floor joist ripping out the old beam and building a new one to go in with LVL’s And then build a T beam out of LVL’S and inserted some screw jacks to get everything back on the up and up.

Bathroom ceiling replacement due to mold caused by vent fan not being properly vented out the roof. Blew in new insulation, vented the new light/vent fan to roof vent, mudded to finish and put three coats of paint.
