MASSIVE FOOTER JOB COMPLETE! 🏗️

478 linear feet of footers done! One of our biggest footer pours to date- 62-yards down and ready! This one had it all — mixed foundation types with a basement + crawl space, plus varying elevations and soil types. We broke through 12’ of Kentucky shale to excavate and get this project out of the ground!

Complex, fun, and challenging- our team knocked it out! Now, onto the next step: setting basement forms and building the CMU walls.

FOOTERS COMPLETE ON A TOUGH ONE! 🏚️➡️🏡

This 100-year-old house had ZERO footers. Just 38” of brick and the left side was failing completely.

Our team shored up the house, squared it with temporary supports, then got to work. We hand excavated 68 linear feet of foundation wall, ripped it out, prepped footers, and installed new footings + block courses to secure it right.

Green sticker in hand — we’re cleared for framing! ✅
