Both houses are moving along nicely even though we’ve had a few delays with this wet weather. Rough in inspection, insulation and drywall this week on one and the other will have electrical and HVAC completed. Some beautiful stamped concrete was also completed by Taylor’s Custom Concrete.

Subfloor is down, first floor framing is next, should be dried in by end of the week.

This house is moving along as well. Trusses will be installed this week and mechanical shortly there after.

One foundation is in the other will be poured tomorrow, the basement was dug Friday in Kingsland Field. This home will be over 3100 square feet with 5 beds and 3 baths.
