It is with very heavy hearts we announce the passing of our father and company founder Ron Bruinsma. With our mother at his side, they opened Ron's Appliance in January 1980. After working for other companies in the industry for many years, Ron decided he wanted a business of his own. Together they built the business on an idea of providing the community with the best customer service with honesty, and integrity. We are so proud of what they built together, and now the 3rd generation of our family operates the business, as we continue to carry on his legacy. He was a great man, and we will miss him everyday. We thank you all for your patronage over these many years, and we look forward to serving you for many years to come.

Helpful tip-
It seems everyone is doing home repairs, remodeling, etc. these days. If you have gas appliances, Dryer, Range, Gas Fireplace, etc. and you are using paint's, stains, varnishes, or any chemicals with a strong odor, you may notice a gas or chemical smell coming from your gas appliances. Even an odor on your clothes from your dryer. This is caused by the fumes from the chemicals you are using in your home. Ventilate the area's as quickly as possible to avoid this problem. It is not dangerous, but it is irritating.
