You pay for what you get!

We lost the bid on this install project to another Kohler dealer that came in much lower. A month after the install, the customer's generator failed due to a major warranty repair. The customer battled with the dealer for 9 months to not just to fix the generator but also other aspects their work. Then we were called in. We fixed the generator in a couple of weeks. The customer asked us to fix how the other dealer left his electric meter. Water was leaking due to missing siding and his back job.

Huge beautiful house in Newtown. The gas meter looked a little small. The home owner asked us to check with PECO. His entire gas service with no other appliances can't handle his 38kw Kohler generator.
This generator was installed years ago by a bona fide Kohler dealer.
He now has to pay $9161 or his generator won't work properly.
