For 35 years, this homeowner thought air conditioning simply wasn’t an option for her home.

She has a hot water heating system, so central air always felt out of reach. It just didn't seem like an option.

Last fall, Kleinbauer Mechanical installed a new boiler for her. After the job was complete, we sat down and talked through what else might be possible, and that conversation changed everything. Fast forward to this summer and we came back and installed a brand new 3 zone heat pump system, giving her air conditioning in her home for the first time in 35 years.

That’s what we mean when we say we go beyond just fixing what’s in front of us. Sometimes the best part of the job is showing a homeowner that something they thought was impossible actually isn’t.

This homeowner in Jessup came to Kleinbauer Mechanical with one goal: Lower his heating costs! So, that’s exactly what we helped him do.

We replaced his oil boiler with a new gas fired combi boiler, giving him a more efficient way to heat his home while also handling his hot water needs. He also chose to keep his existing electric water heater piped in parallel as a backup for emergencies, something we were more than happy to do for him.

A great upgrade for this homeowner in Inkerman! 🔥 After dealing with daily issues from another brand of tankless water heater, including already replacing the unit once in just two years, they were ready for something more reliable.

We installed a Navien on demand water heater that can keep hot water flowing to multiple fixtures at once.

Now they can run the dishwasher, do laundry, and have two showers going without worrying about running out of hot water.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to give back alongside Envy Electrical LLC and support the amazing work being done by The Valley Village of Volunteers

Together, we were able to donate over 300 food pantry items to help local families right here in Lackawanna County. Giving back to the community that supports our businesses is something we never take for granted, and we’re proud to be a small part of making a difference.

We want to share the story of a job that is about more than heating and cooling.

Our lovely customer has a home in Spring Brook Township that has been in their family for generations. In over 50 years of living there, the house had never had air conditioning. As she entered retirement, she decided it was finally time to do something for herself and invest in a four-zone ductless system.

Like many homeowners with older and historic homes, she was concerned about how the installation would look. We took the time to carefully plan the project, respect the character of the home, and make sure everything was done the right way.

Today, this home has air conditioning for the very first time!
