NEW PARKING AREA - This future home business will need space for their customers. We removed 4” of soil and turf to make room for the gravel. Hauled in 24 ton of 1” minus, leveled, and compacted to provide that solid foundation. Topped it off with 8 ton of 1” clean gravel and compacted. LANDSCAPE DRAINS - customer was getting water in their window well and had some clogged black corrugated pipe. We installed a 12”x12” catch basin, installed 4 downspout drains, and cut the sod on a 20’x20’. We dropped the grade 6” and reinstalled the sod.

DRIVEWAY REFRESH AND BORDERS - customer needed a little work done to their additional parking area. We added 10 ton of 1” minus and two 6x6 borders to give it a manageable edge.
