We're proud to have completed our 3rd linear accelerator project of the year — this one at St. Joseph's Medical Center.

This design-build project involved the replacement of a Linear Accelerator (LINAC) system and the renovation of the surrounding treatment space, delivering a precise, patient-ready environment built for advanced care.

From specialized equipment coordination to the detailed finishes required in a healthcare setting, our team worked to meet the unique demands of an active medical facility.

Last week, Mazzuca had the honor of speaking at the Maryland State Bar Association's 2026 Legal Summit as part of the "From Dirt to Data" panel discussion on the life cycle of a data center project.

Representing the Design and Construction perspective, Leonard Auchincloss joined distinguished colleagues from the Real Property and Energy & Environment sectors to explore the complex path from site selection through development and operation. We were excited to contribute Mazzuca's extensive, real-world experience in data center construction, sharing firsthand insights into the challenges, opportunities, and best practices shaping these critical infrastructure projects.

As demand for digital infrastructure continues to accelerate, successfully delivering data centers requires not only technical expertise and strategic planning, but also a deep understanding of the regulatory, zoning, environmental, and community engagement requirements unique to each jurisdiction.
