ESA, like the rest of the EIS family, goes above and beyond when it comes to speed and quality workmanship.
They recently helped Drake University keep its 2022 Meredith Hall renovation project under budget and ahead of schedule, by providing efficient abatement services that allowed subsequent re-construction crews to begin rehabbing the 57-year-old property.
The famed building is now set to reopen in time for the spring 2023 semester.
Congrats on a job well done, ESA!
Due to their decades of historical revitalization experience, Earth Services & Abatement (ESA), Inc. was able to help Drake University keep its 2022 Meredith Hall renovation project under budget and ahead of schedule, even while facing compressed timelines.
ESA quickly and safely removed 44,000 square feet of asbestos-containing fireproofing, 200 feet of ACM TSI pipe insulation, and 1,500 square feet of ACM floor tile and mastic from the historic property—allowing subsequent re-construction crews to begin rehabbing it.
Thanks to ESA’s hard work, Drake University can now reopen the 57-year-old building (which was designed by world-renowned architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe) in time for the spring 2023 semester.
