Pool house completed.
Another contractor had installed the drywall, I finished it out. What I did was another coat of mud on all the newly installed drywall and in the main area gave the existing textured ceiling and walls a level 5 finish (full skim coat with joint compound aka drywall mud). Repaired any and all cracks in both areas. Sanded it all down. Caulked all the trim work and casings. Primed everything top to bottom…ceilings, walls, and trim. Painted the bathroom and main area ceilings flat white. All the walls satin sheen “great falls” from Sherwin Williams. Lastly, painted the trim work , window/door casings, and doors alongside the main area vanity semi gloss white.

Water damage on the ceiling cut out so the electrician could wire and install the new light/fan. Drywall was installed, finished, oil primed and painted with 2 coats of ceiling paint. The previous fan wasn’t properly vented nor was the existing drywall primed so with the new bigger fan properly vented along with primed drywall there should be no future issues.

Happy School Year 2025-2026! Me and my wife have 3 book bags filled with school supplies we would like to donate to kids in need in the Jesup, Ga area. I want to note the school supplies is from the elementary school list. I would also like to advise the book bags are USED! You may see some wear and tear but they are fully clean!
