This historic residence, constructed in 1881, is undergoing a meticulous restoration process from the interior to the exterior. Our team seized the opportunity to enhance the property's aesthetic appeal by installing stone around the perimeter, thereby achieving an authentic old stone foundation appearance. Specifically, we utilized natural basswood stone for the entire foundation, complemented by an Indiana limestone sill where the stone meets the siding.
