Customer: “It should only take you about 15 minutes.”

Me: Loads $30,000 worth of tools, drives 45 minutes, crawls through an attic, gets stung by a wasp, makes two trips to the hardware store, and fixes 17 things that weren’t mentioned on the phone.

Customer: “Wow, that was harder than I thought.”
