Always enjoy getting texts like this from new customers. One lesson that I've learned many years ago is that my business is rarely about grass. It's more about building relationships based upon trust and mutual respect. Someone in business once told me, " if they don't appreciate what you bring to the table, they are simply telling you you've over stayed your welcome, move on." Words of wisdom to live by.

People always ask me what i do over the winter. Brought my hydroseeder in for some tlc. The paint inside the tank held up great for 20yrs. Time for a nice recoating. Also some power plant work along with a clutch and pump overhaul. Seeding time will be here before we know it.

One of my clients sent me a photo today of his new lawn that we installed last year, in East Lyme, thanking me. I love people who trust in the process. Its a marathon not a sprint people.

Talk about extremes. Going from a flat field in Mystic, which by the way the owner did an outstanding job prepping himself.( great work Al ) to a 1:1 slope with jute netting on a noise barrier in an industrial park in Dayville. Desmarais and Sons doing it right as always.

Truly enjoyed working with my latest clients Jake and Miranda who could not enjoy the backyard of their new home due to severe ponding. A complete renovation along with drainage was in order. A big shout out to Bill Lillie and his crew from sprigs and twigs for lending their expertise. Just love collaborating with amazing people.
