I haven’t posted in a while but it’s because I’ve been working on the same project for the last few months. A family has a beautiful back yard on the waterfront and their back deck has been rotting. I’ve required the entire structure including new joists, a drainage system, Trex decking, an aluminum/ coated stainless handrail system, and a ceiling under the deck.

There’s plenty more to come on this house. The upper deck, front porch, and screened porch will all be redone as well.
