The Tara with the attached Casita & Contemporary Elevations has completed.
This one has 3521 heated square feet of total living area, a 330 square feet Seasonal Patio, heated/cooled, with folding iron/glass door on two sides to open it up for more outdoor patio space. There is a total of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, two utility rooms, two pantries, full bar, three garage bays with finished floors, unique solid beams & fir tongue and groove ceilings inside and out.
There is a separate staircase in Garage 2 going to the attic with a complete floor system and pre-wired for future finish or 440 square feet of storage.
The Outdoor Kitchen has 416 square feet of kitchen/open area, 1/2 bath, dog kennel/AC room and 192 square feet of unfinished storage/garage with an 8x7 garage door.

The Nathan plan is a two bedroom home with just under 2300 heated square feet and over 3300 square feet under roof. This plan is has been given exterior elevations of full Contemporary and Hill Country Contemporary (in photos). The front porch is vaulted and extends through the house and out to the rear covered patio with additional upper windows in the vaults, adding more natural lighting in the open living spaces.

This Contemporary Mountain home will be ready for move in at the end of January 2023. This is the Tara plan with the attached Casita and boasts many upgrades.
You will find this gorgeous home on 6 acres with lots of privacy in the new subdivision of Legacy Hills outside of Johnson City and Dripping Springs.
The interior is entering its trim and finish out stage (no interior pictures at this time.)

Here's the "Lori"! This uniquely designed home is great for that corner or pie shaped lot. This plan is only 2129 square feet of living space, but offers lots of privacy for the master suite. The covered back patio connects the two "wings" of the home for lots of outdoor living. Don't forget to add the pool for even more time outside.
