Tech Con Trenching is looking for an experienced Trencher / Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trenchers, haul trucks, and other heavy equipment to keep our crews running safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
• Experience working on trenchers, haul trucks, and/or other heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Good driving record required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and motivated
• Must be willing to travel occasionally

Pay depends on experience.

We are looking for reliable, hard-working Spotters to join our growing crew. This is a full-time traveling position working on trenching and pipeline projects across multiple job sites.

What to Expect:
✔ 100% travel – stay on job sites until project completion
✔ Long-term, steady work year-round
✔ Outdoor work in hot and changing weather conditions
✔ Typical schedule: Monday–Saturday, ~11+ hour days

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
• 1+ year of spotter experience
• Pipeline experience (REQUIRED)
• Ability to work outdoors and stay alert in demanding environments
• Strong communication and safety awareness

Preferred:
• Oilfield experience (PREFERRED)
