🚧 NOW HIRING: Trencher Spotters (Traveling Positions) 🚧
We are looking for reliable, hard-working, experienced Trencher Spotters to join our growing crew. This is a full-time traveling position working on trenching and pipeline projects across multiple job sites.
What to Expect:
✔ 100% travel – you will stay on job sites until the project is complete
✔ Long-term, steady work year-round
✔ Outdoor work in hot and changing weather conditions
✔ Typical schedule: Monday–Saturday, ~11+ hour days
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
• 1+ year construction/spotter experience
• Ability to work outdoors and stay alert in demanding environments
• Strong communication and safety awareness
Pay & Benefits:
💰 Spotters starting pay DOE
✔ Per diem while working out of town
✔ Health, dental, vision & life insurance
