To my johnson village family, if anyone is in state of emergency due to the flooding please reach out.... i am in waterville helping my fiances gramps keep his basement sucked out as we got a severe leak in the foundation but i am thinking of all i have lived around in town till the last flood in July! Ive got a truck on standby if anyone needs to get stuff out and somewhere other than the flood zone or if you need help prepping i am here to help free of charge! 802-730-6695! We have lost a few plow accounts from the past few years but not due to lack of work ethic, but thats just business itself, we have also gained enough so far this fall to not stress over the ones that have gone else where.... the grass isnt always greener on the other side but they always find the way back when the new contractor dont meet the quality of the old or prices go through the roof compared to some! Not gonna loose sleep on it. Does it suck yes but then again thats business!

Work loads stacking up, got ah roof to do anytime now! Lost contacts with the lady and just got it back and thats ah go anyday, got a roof in johnson to look at this afternoon and place ah bid on and see what happens, got sub work in jericho siding and also got ah project to start may 17th in stowe with ah good friend / boss i use to work for subbing to him! Its all starting to come back around! I am deffinatly liking it! Cant complain, works been slow all spring but its now starting to add up and looks like ah busy rest of this year into the next!

All is good, for now.... the ground froze in over night thank god! Made some ruts yesterday and ole heavy paid the price...

1st house of 3 wrapped up minus the plumbing in the bathrooms up stairs and down stairs! So it left us not being able to complete the process of hanging the blue board! But.... we had ah heck of ah time getting the trailer with 55 sheets of rock outa where i parked it 2 weeks ago to move it to the next site, we got it. The ole chevy got ah little muddy but it made the job complete! We got all the rock off loaded and inside! Started hanging the ceiling around 2pm and when we left at 5:30 the whole up stairs ceiling was hung again minus the bathroom! Tomorrow we start the walls! Site ones complete minus 5% of the rock and site two of the three is started!

With crappy weather coming in this week and plow accounts stacking up, dont wait till its too late! The rise in fuel cost has everyone raising there rates for plow contracts, some alot and some not alot, we have bumped ours up very slightly but if your not happy with the rates you have now or the service provided! Just to put this out there, seeing some dont read what we do for work.... we do new framing builds, remodels, roofing, siding and decks! Were not plumers, we dont deal with electric or hvac none of that! But we do also offer plowing and sanding or salt services as well in our winter months!

Seems to be ah roof repair and wind or tree damage kinda month but were liking it.... quick easy $$! About to wrap this ...

Seems to be ah roof repair and wind or tree damage kinda month but were liking it.... quick easy $$! About to wrap this project up in stowe with ah deck repair, new steel on one side of the roof, some facia replaced that was broke and new composit roofing on the top face of the flat roof! Got two projects up north to go look at saturday! Its starting to come back around! Just gotta be able to keep one foot in front of the other! Its nice not having to search for work projects!
