With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Todd Waddell brings more than just concrete expertise to the table—he brings heart, hard work, and a deep understanding of what it means to build something that lasts.
Growing up on a farm in rural Iowa, Todd’s foundation was poured early: long days, problem solving, and doing things the right way. After spending 7 years mastering concrete construction, he built his first business at just 25—and hasn’t stopped building since.
TRW Concrete Construction was born from his vision of combining craftsmanship with care. Todd believes that no two driveways, patios, or stamped finishes should be the same—because no two homeowners are. Every project is custom-designed to fit not just a home, but a lifestyle.
Whether he’s working with local builders or helping a family transform their outdoor space, Todd’s values remain the same: integrity, quality, and a job done right.
