We are a mid-size Mechanical Contractor in need of an Administrative Assistant. This position will be responsible for assisting in many different aspects of the day to day business operations. Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling/dispatching service technicians, customer interactions, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, proposals, customer financing and general office work.

-Knowledge of Office Equipment
-Attention to Detail
-Problem Solving Skills
-Ability to Multi Task
-Microsoft Work/Excel
-Adobe
-High School Degree - Additional Administrative Skills Preferred
