One of our favorite transformations to date.
What started as a small, outdated bathroom and adjoining bedroom was completely gutted and reimagined into a spacious guest suite bathroom.
This wasn't a cosmetic remodel. We took the project down to the original lath and framing, redesigned the layout, added new plumbing and electrical, insulated exterior walls, framed new partitions, installed a new shower system, completed drywall and finishing work, and brought the entire space back to life.

Why is tile work so expensive??? #1, you dont want leaks, but the main reason is TIME!! YOU DONT RUSH A CONTRACTOR!!! If you want quality installations you need the proper formula!!

Rotted joists under a shower with a 2" vent pipe right through the soggy funk!!! Floor is now solid and level. Walls are almost ready for go board. Shower had no trap either!! More pics to come once we get everything ready for tile..
