Moving forward, if your yard is overgrown due to your own negligence and I am called/texted to come get it under control for you. I will start charging an additional fee on top of what I already charge you.

For example: if you are normally paying $50 then an additional $20-$25 will be added. (Could be more depending on the size of the yard, etc.)

I understand there are some things that are out of control (mother nature or even if I'm running behind schedule) and in those cases the additional charge will not apply. This waiting a month and then calling/texting me is over. It's too hard on my equipment.

Also, if you need to work out a schedule that fits your budget, please reach out to me and communicate with me. I can't help you unless you tell me. Thank you all and God bless!
