💥Cache Bottoms Tree Service LLC & Equipment Rental is a locally owned company dedicated to serving our community with dependable, professional outdoor and property services. We provide tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, storm cleanup, dirt work, lift services, equipment rental, and much more. Our rental fleet includes excavators, skid steers, towable 60-foot lifts, and other equipment to help homeowners, contractors, farmers, and local businesses complete projects safely and efficiently. Our goal is to continue growing locally, creating opportunities, investing in our community, and providing services and equipment that help our area thrive.💥

‼️Attention Rental Customers‼️

⚙️There have been some contract changes in our equipment rental process.

1️⃣ Fuel cost will now be $10/gallon. If you don’t have a way to refuel, the cost will be added on delivery, if not a follow up invoice will take place.

2️⃣ Cleaning fees are now $300 per machine. If you do not have access to water or tools to clean the machines or the tracks, the cost will be added prior to delivery.

3️⃣ Damages have been, and will always be customers responsibility. An invoice will follow the repairs associated and be made directly to the renter.

4️⃣ Late returns will be charged another full day if machines are not returned by 8 AM the following day.

5️⃣ We do NOT give discounts for “it’ll only take me a couple hours”. We give great pricing per day compared to our tri-state area competition. We also give this pricing for cabbed machines with heat, air, and radio. Most cheaper rates are for open cab machines.

6️⃣ Field maintenance/repairs (including but not limited to -putting a track back on, fixing an attachment, fixing a door, etc) will now cost the customer $150/hour. No outside sources for repairs shall be used without owners approval. Emergency calls after dark could cost more.

7️⃣ Tampering with our machines will cost 50% on top of the repairs it takes to fix if customers decide to try to “fix it themselves” and it doesn’t work. Please call Dylan or Brent for repairs.

💥We take pride in offering quality machines and affordable pricing (cheaper than anyone locally!) We like to give our customers the luxury of hassle free pick ups, we offer early drop offs and give customers free reign on a lot of things that most corporate chains do not. In order to stay at super low rates compared to surrounding companies, we have to have the extended help of our customers to take care of the machines, if not our rates have to go up.

Happy 4th of July to ALL from Cache Bottoms Tree Service!!

💥The past couple weekends we have been giving Rend Lake Resort a tuneup on their appearance after trimming roughly 180 trees!!

Lifting the canopies on every tree, trimming away from buildings and some removals to keep us busy for a while!! 💪
