The story of the man behind Big E’s, Trevor Evans, is just as exciting as the food. Trevor grew up in Searcy, Arkansas, learning the craft inside his family’s highly successful meat and seafood business, J & M Meat & Seafood. He later graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in Business Administration and spent years working in a well-established butcher shop, honing his skills and building a deep passion for serving people through great food.
With family ties to the area, Trevor brought his experience to Jonesboro with a mission to provide something our city truly needs: premium meats, fresh seafood, and friendly hometown service. As one of the only local fresh seafood providers, Big E’s will fill a major gap in the market, and this location positions them perfectly to serve not only Jonesboro, but all of Northeast Arkansas.
A huge congratulations to Mason Coy of Haag Brown Commercial for representing Big E's in securing this long-term lease deal. 🙌 His work helped bring an impactful business to one of Jonesboro’s fastest growing areas...right next door to the ever-popular La Cascada mexican restaurant locals jokingly call the “Valley View Country Club.” 🤣
