We cut this entire lot down about 4 foot to get the house closer to the elevation of the street, that way the driveway wouldn’t be so steep. The rocks in Carthage, Mo are no joke 😅, but we got it knocked out and leveled up for the concrete guys. We hauled around 60+/- loads out

Cleared all the unwanted trees and brush from the property.

Stripped the black dirt off where the house will sit and piled it up to use for the yard when the house is done.

Finished it off with a pad so the concrete guys can get started.
