🚨 OPEN HOUSE CANCELED — WE’RE PENDING! 🚨

Well… that was fast. 😂

After a busy weekend of showings and a whole lot of interest, 2720 S St. Louis Ave is officially PENDING! 🏡✨

Tomorrow’s Open House is canceled because this one has found its buyers. So happy for my sellers and very thankful for the activity that came pouring in after we repositioned this home.

No renovations. No major changes. Just a little cleaning, thoughtful staging, and knowing where to add warmth, texture and life.

Preparing a home for the market isn’t always about changing what’s there—it’s about helping buyers see what could be there.

A few rugs, some greenery, fresh linens and carefully chosen details completely changed how these spaces feel. And yes… I may have officially convinced myself that building a staging inventory is necessary. 😂

Started the morning scheduling showings, following up on feedback, and checking in with clients.

And now we’re off and running…

🏡 Pre-listing appointment at 1:00
🔥 A hot new property hit the market — and I immediately had two clients who wanted to see it
🚗 Splitting one into two different showing times to accommodate schedules, which means I’ll be showing that property three times today
🔑 An off-market property to stop by and check condition on for a seller
🏡 A full evening of buyer showings
📲 And showings happening on my own listings in between

Controlled, organized chaos — just the way I like it. 😂

So if you see me buzzing around town today, you can probably catch me on the phone… but I wouldn’t count on finding me in one location for very long. 😉
