Another addition wrapped up....well just dont look at the 2 pieces of fascia missing lol. Its rewarding when a client shows me a pic from internet of a sunroom they want to use as model. From color to flooring. All green inside like pic and it works! A fun room to hang out,play, and relax in. Hope you enjoy pics.

UPDATE 2 HOME BUILD: my friends, its been a while. Work and my clients come first so personal house took a back seat for a good minute. But here we are. House sold, we are finally sleeping in house lol. Working on both inside and out in baby steps but getting there. Update 3 will show more, maybe another video. Here is a quick view of front finally done ( minus railing on deck and steps).

Good morning, hope we start the week safe. Wanted to comment on why its important to REALLY check out references, experience, feel, etc not just price when you are looking for an estimate from a contractor. Especially with important areas of home: kitchens, bathrooms, additions where load bearing is important, etc. Not here to criticize anyone. I believe we all have a right to work and have a business. But on clients side of things, ask yourself: how did i hear of them? Friend, family? Did he do work somewhere else that had no issues? Do they respect my home, can i trust them? Experience and design there or do they just want to make money and leave? Do they help me visualize what my needs and wants are? And how much experience do they have in that area? Anyone can get a license, so please verify they will do job right not give you a better price. Its your home, your biggest investment!

How about this transformation of master bathroom? Completely changed layout and created a wall/doorway to toilet/water closet while on other side a nice big shower. The doorway is ready for a door. My clients decided they wanted to leave it open but easily can become more private is ever sold. Nice big vanity with leather finished granite, thanks to my boys at J&N Granite . Again, thank you Alicia and Brian Norton for trusting PT Design.
