Final walkthrough on a section of roof completed on Bass Pro Corporate yesterday In Springfield. Pretty close to a 1,000 square on this one. Complete tear off new iso insulation, new HD iso cover board and a fully adhered EPDM roof.

Getting another job started in Joplin today!

This was a roof I looked at in Kansas last week. It was installed I think the gentleman told me 6 years ago(not by Joplin Roofing). He was told at the time he was getting a 50 year warranty which wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. The last snow they pumped 85 gallons of water out of the lobby of the building. Notice on the core sample that I’m holding at the top of the insulation the little bit of white and yellow is all the “Roofing” that is keeping the water out of his building. Obviously whoever these so called roofers are they are crooks or don’t know what they are doing my opinion is both. If you are getting roofing bids on your building and one roofer is way cheaper than the other guys beware this could be what your dealing with. I might note that this is a spray foam roof which we don’t do.

Getting started on a 20 year 60 mil. mechanically attached TPO recover here in Joplin this last week. The existing walls were a little loose so they had to be torn down to the structure so we could keep our new wall flashing tight.

Installing a 20 year Firestone hot roof on Jordan Valley Innovation in Springfield, Mo. it seems like hot roofs are becoming a thing of the past but they are still a very good roof.
