We will walk you through our assessments, provide you with evidence to support our recommended treatment, and answer any questions that you may have. Then, we will let you decide without any pushy sales gimmicks. We're not interested in your money, but interested in earning your trust because caring for trees is a long term commitment. We are a family oriented business. We keep normal business hours so that our team members can have uninterrupted quality time with family. We understand some of our customer's do not work a "normal" schedule and we can accommodate them by scheduling a time that is convenient for them. We have Arborists on call for Emergency Service. We understand storms do some of their worst damage after hours. We do charge a $25 Emergency Call Out Fee, that is applied to the final invoice should you decide to use our services. This Emergency Call Out Fee (Out of Normal Business Hours) is specifically to identify which customers are serious about having the work completed in a timely manner. Repeat customers do not pay the $25 Emergency Call Out Fee. From the moment you reach out to us (whether via phone, email, website, or social media), to the initial consultation with the Lead Arborist, to the Field Arborists performing the job, you are going to be greeted by trained professionals with experience in the field of Aboriculture.
