Another Customer we helped!! Their Generator wouldn’t run and found some bad battery connections 6 year old battery died and their controller went bad! We got the battery and terminals repaired along with replacing their controller and submitting the warranty claim on the controller.
She’s ready to make power again.

Well another Satisfied customer and their generator back up and running!!

Generator Starting… Then Shutting Down? We Found the Problem! ⚡

A customer called because their Generac generator would start normally, run for a few seconds, and then shut itself off.

After diagnosing the issue, we found the culprit—a failed oil pressure switch. Even though the engine had proper oil pressure, the faulty switch was sending a false low-oil signal, causing the controller to shut the generator down as a safety precaution.

✅ Diagnosed the issue
✅ Replaced the faulty oil pressure switch
✅ Generator back up and running reliably

Don’t assume the worst if your standby generator won’t stay running. Sometimes a small, inexpensive part can cause a major headache.

Out with the old in with the new!! This residential service was fed by SEU cable and the outer jacket came apart creating a fire hazard and causing corrosion in the meter and main panel!!

We replaced everything and got them going again with no fire hazards!!
