This one turned out beautiful. We replaced the tile on this Wellington home with Newpoint Estate Tile in Coconut with White Antique — a warm, sun-washed tone that plays perfectly off the stucco and the palms.

A gable end is one of the simplest architectural features on a home, but in Florida’s wind‑driven climate, it’s also one of the most misunderstood. At Joseph Ward Enterprises, we inspect thousands of roofs across Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast, and gable ends are one of the most common areas where structural weaknesses show up during storms.

A gable end is the triangular wall beneath the sloped sides of a gable roof, and when it isn’t properly braced or fastened, it can fail under heavy wind load.
