Wanted to try something with sharp, architectural lines that still feels organic enough for a houseplant. The asymmetrical shape changes completely depending on which angle you look at it from, and the wider middle means your plants don't get root-bound.

The Crosshatch Planter has been a favorite to watch on the build plate because of how the dual-color silk filament hits that deep geometric texture.

This run had a bit of a mind of its own, though. The purple and black filament twisted right toward the end, completely flipping the color orientation at the top rim. It was supposed to be uniform all the way up, but this accidental custom look might actually be better than the original plan.

We just finished printing the new Seeing Stars planter in a black and purple dual-color silk.

To be completely honest, this specific roll of filament turned out a lot shinier than we usually prefer, but the way the light hits the geometric angles is still pretty satisfying. It took about 6 hours on the P1S, and seeing the two-tone transition shift across the sharp lines as it builds up never really gets old.

We printed our Spiral Poly planter on the P1S using a dual-color silk filament, which gives it that blue and green look depending on how you look at it. Love watching the colors split as the layers build up.
