We’re pleased to announce that Jordan Gerould has been named Miller Davis’s Director of Preconstruction. 👏👏👏

Jordan moves into this position after serving as a Project Executive, bringing more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry to the role. Throughout his time at Miller Davis, he has remained closely involved with our preconstruction team, particularly in developing pricing for general contracting projects. As Director of Preconstruction, he will expand that responsibility to oversee pricing and preconstruction efforts for both our general contracting and construction management work.

Jordan’s perspective is grounded in extensive firsthand field experience. Early in his career, he worked as a concrete foreman and later served as a superintendent on large, complex projects. Those experiences continue to shape his practical approach to estimating, constructability, and project planning—as well as the respect he brings to relationships with our subcontractor partners.

This week, we welcomed each Lansing Fire Department shift to the Library of Michigan in Lansing. Crews are getting a firsthand look at the atrium and our window replacement work to better understand access and rescue considerations within this unique public facility.
