Our designer still talks about the first morning she arrived at this jobsite — the sun just beginning to rise over the lake, with beams of light filtering through the trees.

That view helped inspire a home designed to capture its setting, with expansive windows that flood the spaces with natural light every day.

This kitchen is where the vision truly came to life. We reworked the flow to create a space that feels open, intentional, and ready for gathering. A generous center island anchors the room — giving the chef room to work.

We also converted a former desk and half bath into a prep kitchen and a hardworking pantry — now with beautiful lake views.
