Looking for Class A CDL drivers, familiar and experienced with Lead/Dump trucks. Must be efficient with tractor/trailers. Must be team and safety oriented. Wage/Benefit packages up to $41.87 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications:
• Ability to drive a manual Transmission
• Maneuver in tight areas such as residential neighborhoods
• Reliable, regular, predictable attendance.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Follow company safety procedures/practices.
• Able to provide own transportation to/from job site and maintain a valid State of Michigan Driver’s License.
• Maintain proper control of company vehicles, equipment, materials, tools, etc.
• Self-starter and motivated to learn.
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Education/Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of verifiable Semi-Lead experience

Minimum 2 years of construction related experience

Class A CDL license with DOT Health Card

Looking for experienced heavy equipment operators, familiar with excavators, dozers, loaders, and/or graders. Must be competent and efficient with machinery and safety. Must be a team player. Wage/Benefit packages up to $61.96 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Works cooperatively with others.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Follow company safety procedures/practices.
• Able to provide own transportation to/from job site and maintain a valid State of Michigan Driver’s License.
• Maintains proper control of company equipment, vehicles, materials, tools, etc.
• Self-starter and motivated to learn.
• Be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of related experience

Class A CDL license a plus, but not required

Experience setting up and/or utilizing GPS equipment is also a plus, but not required
