This was an incredible project from both an engineering and functionality perspective.

The triangular polycarbonate panels provide insulation, light diffusion, strength, and stability. They allow sunlight in for essential plant growth while helping maintain a consistent internal temperature, making the dome ideal for year-round use. The triangular segments also evenly distribute stress, enhancing the structure’s resistance to wind and weight.

Today, our team swung the trusses into place on this unique build, crafted to be more than just a garage—it’s a dedicated space designed for vehicles, projects, and a little well-deserved downtime away from the main home.

We're proud to build spaces that combine utility with a touch of adventure!

Exciting progress at the Glacier View home build!

Our team has secured the structural beams, tying them in seamlessly on both the front and back porch spaces. These beams provide crucial support and stability, setting the foundation for the beautiful, functional outdoor areas to come.

Each step in this construction phase is a testament to our commitment quality, integrity, precision and durability, ensuring the Glacier View home is built to stand strong in all four of Montana's unique seasons.

From summer sun to feet of winter snow, we build to provide comfort year-round.

Our sustainable home build in Creston, MT. Here are just a few highlights of this European design called, "Passive House."

*Exterior Walls are 14 inches thick creating an impressive R factor in the walls.

*Super efficient windows with triple-pane glazed windows.

*Built on a slab of concrete insulated with six inches of isotherm insulation below the slab.

*Exterior cladding is a thermally modified wood siding with a lifespan of 50+ years–the modification process alters the density of the wood and removes all tannins, which aids in longevity and durability.

*20,000 gallon rainwater collection system

*Solar array and battery storage facility with complete propane generator backup, serving the electrical needs of the home. Most days the home runs off-the-grid.

*42-foot diameter growing dome.

From delivery to offloading, site excavation to placement and fill dirt—our team is hard at work installing these massive rainwater storage tanks (30 ft long, 8 ft wide, 9 ft high). These tanks will be crucial for rainwater collection, irrigation, fire suppression, and more in this sustainable home build.

Stay tuned for updates as we continue to make progress on this exciting project with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
