3 weeks. A completely different house.

Just three short weeks ago, this Whitefish home was fully finished. Since then, we’ve completely gutted it and started rebuilding it around an entirely new layout.

We’ve removed flooring, cabinets, appliances, the fireplace, Sheetrock and more. We’ve added and relocated windows, added a new bathroom, moved exterior walls, reworked the interior layout, framed everything back together, and pushed plumbing and mechanical rough-ins toward completion.

Huge shoutout to EK Plumbing, Universal Mechanical, and Advanced Electrical Services for keeping things moving and helping us maintain an aggressive schedule.

Next up: insulation and new Sheetrock.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but this is where the transformation really starts to take shape. In just three weeks, this home has gone from fully finished, to completely gutted, to ready for the next phase.

Can’t wait to show you where this one ends up.

Excited to get moving on our latest commercial project. We’re adding 2,100 square feet to the existing Celtic Motors shop, giving them the additional space they need to better service Sprinter vans and larger vehicles.

There’s always something satisfying about seeing the dirt move and a project officially get underway. We’re looking forward to taking this one from excavation all the way through completion and giving the Celtic Motors team a space that works better for their growing operation.

Big shoutout to Sapphire Construction Services for getting us rolling on the excavation and site work.

The finish line is in sight and we’re down to the final details, punch list items, and finishing touches. It’s always rewarding to see months of planning and hard work come together.
