Punchbowl condo site visit update: demo delivered a few surprises 👀

Opened up a bathroom wall expecting plumbing. Found:
✔️ A random loose wood stud in a metal-framed building 🚩
✔️ One lonely bent metal stud doing its absolute best 💪
✔️ An electrical switch somehow living its own life in the plumbing chase⚡️

Somebody looked at this and said, “Yep, good enough.” We respectfully disagree. 😂

This is exactly why we open things up before making assumptions. Renovations always reveal a little mystery, but don’t worry, we’ll make it all make sense again.

Design is in the details.

This custom shoe storage cabinet started as a few quick sketches and evolved through CAD and rendering into something that actually works for everyday life. Tucked into the carport near the front entry, it keeps the family slippahs organized and ready for island living.

A small moment in the project, but one that makes coming home feel a little more considered.
