This job turned out tougher than we thought at first sight. This job was for Newton Properties. We knew we had to move all Old Shingles from around the house with a wheel barrel to the driveway where the Dump Truck was to be parked. We had Pitts on the front porch to watch out for. The original plywood had weakend from leaves setting on roof. We had to walk the rafters the whole time of removing the Old Shingles. The Rafters had separated from the Ridge Rafter 4 inches in some spots. Our first step was to remove all the Old Shingles, Next we started replacing the Rotted Plywood with 7/16 OSB Boards, We left 1 sheet out for an Access Panel to the attic. As we were sheeting, we had to lift some of the Roof Rafters, and Add Roof Rafters where some had dropped and some had rotted. We had to change the End Section of Ridge Rafter to match with New Roof Rafters. We used Owen's Corning 30 Year Architectural Shingles, Grip Rite Synthetic Felt, Replaced damaged Barge Rafters, Installed New Facia Boards, Installed New pipe collars, New Owen's Corning Ridge Vent, New Ridge Capping, New Coil Stock Flashing on Chimney and Wall, finally we reinstalled the Soffit and Metal Wrap. Color is Onyx Black.

We Removed an Old Metal Roof from this house in Alberlmarle NC. We replaced a few pieces of broken wood, Installed New Grip Rite Synthetic Felt, Installed New GAF Timberline Natural Shadow 30 year Architectural Shingles, Installed New GAF Cobra 3 Ridgevent, Installed New Ridge Capping, and New Coil Stock Metal Flashing on Chimneys. Color is Pewter Gray.

Our most recent roof in North Kannapolis. GAF TIMBERLINE NATURAL SHADOW 30 Year Architectural Shingles. Color is Charcoal Black. New Metal Flashing on chimneys and walls. New Grip Rite Synthetic felt installed. Lighting rods were reinstalled. Square vents were eliminated for GAF Cobra 3 Ridgevent to be installed. 2 satellite dishes were eliminated.
