The client experienced a sewage backup within their residence. Despite multiple attempts at drain cleaning and jetting services, we were unable to clear the line. Consequently, the client authorized a sewer excavation. Initially intended as a simple spot repair, the project evolved into the installation of a new sewer line to the street due to the presence of Google Fiber infrastructure directly intersecting the original sewer. Fortunately for the client, Google Fiber will provide reimbursement. We are pleased to have restored functionality for this client. Our commitment is always to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations. We are satisfied with the outcome of this project.
