Pinnacle Plumbing Company is looking for individuals to fill open Foreman positions. Our onsite Foremen are tasked with day-to-day management of job sites including; safety compliance, sub-contractor coordination, material management, quality control, troubleshooting, and job related paperwork. We are looking for individuals experienced in commercial and/or residential construction and/or rehab work. Multi-family construction experience is preferred, but not required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the plumbing trade
Licensed plumbers preferred but not required
Experience with PVC, CPVC, PEX, Copper and Cast Iron
Experience locating position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes by marking structure, using ruler, level, and plumb bob.
Experience installing pipes and pipe fittings by cutting openings in floors and walls, using hand tools and power tools.
Experience installing plumbing systems by assembling, positioning, and sealing valves, pipe fittings, and pipes.
Experience testing plumbing systems by filling system with water or gas; identifying leaks.
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Must be familiar and comply with OSHA standards and site safety policies
Must maintain safe and clean working environment.
Must contribute to team accomplishing goals/results.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Manage multiple employees and/or jobs
Able to read blueprints
Troubleshoot plumbing systems
Be up to date on current and local plumbing and gas codes
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Must have the ability to work skillfully with both hands constantly.
Must have the ability to independently lift and carry objects safely that weigh up to 20 pounds routinely, 50 pounds frequently and 80 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffold
Must pass a drug test
Must have reliable transportation
Must have tools
