Not a bad view!

Seeing a roof from this perspective is a good reminder of just how much coordination goes into a job before anyone ever sees the finished product. From the planning stages to installation, it takes a lot of people working together to make it happen.

The scope on this one was substantial: an adhered 60 mil TPO system across the main facility and canopies, plus all the details that make a roof perform. That included a roof hatch, over 1,100 feet of TPO walkpad, expansion joints, coping cap, drip edge, more than 1,100 feet of gutter, counterflashing, downspouts, and flush seam soffit panels.

This is the Variobend doing what it does best. It folds aluminum and steel up to 22 feet long, and once the profile is entered, the machine handles the bends while the team catches the material.

It’s one of those shop moments that’s oddly satisfying to watch and makes you appreciate how much happens before anything ever gets installed.

A few shots from our project off Mission Road in Prairie Village.

There is something rewarding about driving past a project and seeing it take shape, especially when you know the people, effort, and craftsmanship behind it. Our Architectural Cladding department brought this facade together with ACM panels, Fiberon, and a wood-look composite board that adds warmth and a modern edge to the building.

Proud to share this recap from our project at the Master's Transportation building, a job that lived entirely in the hands of our Architectural Cladding department.

From start to finish, our crew brought the same attention to detail and craftsmanship we bring to every facade we build. On this install we used Rieder and Facil to give the building a clean, modern exterior.

Project Update | St. Paul Catholic Church

Our crew has been hard at work at St. Paul Catholic Church in Olathe, and it is always rewarding to see the progress taking shape.

This one is a true full-system roofing scope. The main roof is a multi-layer shingle system, built up for performance and longevity from the deck out: DensDeck, a v***r barrier, ISO insulation, a vented nail base, synthetic felt, and finished with shingles. Beyond the main roof, our team is also tackling standing seam, specialty gutters and downspouts, and EPDM flat roof sections.

A lot of detail goes into a build like this, and we are proud of the craftsmanship our crew brings to every layer. Excited to keep watching this one come together.
