Ready to build a high-paying career with incredible job security and absolutely zero student debt?

It all starts with suiting up like the industry pros. Through our HMSE program, students get hands-on exposure to the sheet metal, piping, and plumbing trades. Before your first day at camp, we make sure you are outfitted for success with a brand-new pair of work boots. You will also receive a new DeWALT or Milwaukee tool bag filled with tools that you get to keep long after the program ends.

Every camp is uniquely designed to deliver real-world experience. You will tackle hands-on projects, work side-by-side with seasoned craft professionals, and tour active jobsites as well as union training facilities. It is the perfect opportunity to see firsthand what local apprenticeship programs look like and what it takes to succeed in mechanical construction.
