As we enter our 20th year in the United States, we're celebrating with a look back at 20 projects that have shaped who we are.

Project 2 of 20: Lawrence Station, Sunnyvale, CA

A parking garage adjacent to a transit station has two audiences: the commuters passing through, and the neighborhood that lives with it every day. The applied graphics on Lawrence Station speak to both. The exterior is quiet and considered, giving the structure a welcoming presence. The facade becomes a natural backdrop to the transit station itself, framing the ongoing arrivals and departures.

Project 1 of 20: Sam Houston State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine Parking Structure

This structure successfully performs two jobs:

By day, the FlexFacades Stretch Panel system wraps the parking garage in a pattern drawn from DNA sequencing. The garage serves the medical students at SHSU's College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the facade makes that connection explicit.

By night, the facade activates as a kinetic billboard, turning a parking structure into a landmark that announces the school to the surrounding campus and beyond.

50% open construction keeps air moving through the structure naturally.

We are excited to share that our project, Meadows Drive Parking Garage, is the International Achievement Awards 2025 Winner - Award of Excellence.

The unique facade for the Princeton University parking garage is made up of a series of vertical barrel vaults. Our team provided preliminary engineering to select the best materials and construction methods that would overcome the challenges tensile materials bring, enabling us to achieve the elegant curves.

We are honored to see this design be celebrated for its design and engineering excellence!

Where art and community meet.

Kiku Crossing is an entirely affordable housing development located in San Mateo. Its facade covers a five-story public parking garage, which offers 525 public and 164 private parking spaces.

Our facade solution for the public parking garage provided an ideal canvas for artist Harumo Sato's commissioned public art. Collaborating directly with the artist, we offered design assistance to bring to life the clients dream project.

For the first Alamo Drafthouse theater in Washington, D.C., the exterior facade plays a key role in reinforcing the brand’s presence. We collaborated early on to design and engineer a custom 8,000 sq. ft. parking garage facade, integrating steel outriggers seamlessly through the stucco. The result: a striking metal mesh look that delivers both aesthetic impact and cost savings on construction and lifecycle.
