About Us:
Thompson & Sons Enterprise Lawn Care Services is a growing company dedicated to providing high-quality lawn maintenance and landscaping services. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and delivering excellent results to our clients.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional lawn maintenance experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment.

Responsibilities:

Lead a lawn care crew to complete daily maintenance and landscaping jobs.

Safely operate and maintain commercial equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).

Pull and maneuver a 16-foot utility trailer with equipment.

Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on schedule, and up to company standards.

Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, or equipment needs.

Train and supervise crew members to maintain safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in lawn care or landscaping.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pull a 16-foot trailer confidently and safely.

Experience with commercial lawn equipment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous crew leader or supervisory experience.

Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques (installing mulch, mowing, trimming, edging, etc.).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $22/hour (negotiable with experience).
